How do Payments work?

You can pay with a credit card or through Paypal or via bank transfer. Once you’ve contacted us about the service you’d like to order, an advisor will provide you with all the information required to complete your order.

Once my order is processed what happens?

You will receive an email with instructions depending on the service you have purchased to get your service activated.

How long does it take for a service to become activated?

Please allow up to 48 hours for a service to be activated once you’ve made payment. (Advisors will provide you with instructions on what to do once you’ve placed your order)

If you have ordered press release distribution please allow up to 24 hours for your release to be uploaded once it has been approved. You will be notified directly as soon as it has been distributed.

Do you work with international customers?

Yes, we work with clients around the world and accept international payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express through Paypal.

I didn’t get an email receipt after ordering. Does it take long?

You will get an email within 5 minutes of your transaction if you choose to use Paypal. Please check your spam folders if you are expecting an email and it didn’t arrive. If you have still not received a confirmation from us you can contact us here and we’ll re-send you the confirmation: mail@finetwork.biz.

Do you offer refunds?

We provide a 7-day money back guarantee on all our services however after this period it is not possible to receive a refund.
